What is Trust Based Relational Intervention?

Trust-Based Relational Intervention (TBRI®) is an attachment-based, trauma-informed intervention that is designed to meet the needs of vulnerable children. TBRI® uses Empowering principles to address physical needs, Connection Principles to address attachment needs, and Correcting Principles to disarm fear-based behaviors. The TBRI® Caregiver Training equips participants with practical tools to support children by teaching the Principles and Strategies of TBRI® and how to apply them in daily interactions.

Gain a deeper understanding of the “why” behind behaviors, facilitated by a trained TBRI® Practitioner, Licensed Mental Health Counselor, and former educator committed to helping you build connection, confidence,

and meaningful change. “If not you, then who?”
